Delete your account

If you want to permanently remove your Ours account, you can do it directly in the app or request help by email if you cannot access your device.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Ours on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Settings in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. This action is permanent.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and account data.
  • Your couple pairing. Your partner may be notified.
  • Shared countdowns and timeline entries you created.
  • Photos you uploaded to shared memories.
  • Associated data targeted for full purge within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email support@getours.store from the email associated with your Apple ID and we will review your deletion request as quickly as possible.
